Strategy & systems for founder-led ventures
Strategy that ships.
Most consultants hand you a deck. I hand you the deck, the financial model behind it, and the system that keeps running after I leave. Research, strategy and the build — one person, three to four weeks.
Two things I do
Pick the one that matches where you are.
Raising money is a documentation problem. Staying visible is a systems problem. I take on one or the other — never a vague retainer with no finish line.
Investor Document Package
$3,000 – $6,000 · 4 weeks
Business plan or whitepaper, pitch deck, five-year financial model, one-pager. Built from primary research and a model you can actually defend in a meeting — not a filled-in template.
Bilingual English / Vietnamese, for Southeast Asian founders raising from investors abroad.
What's included →Content Engine
From $2,000 setup + $1,500/month · 3 weeks
Brand positioning, a 90-day content architecture, and an AI production system installed on your own infrastructure. Scripts, calendar, images, scheduling — running without you.
You keep the system. If we stop working together, it keeps working.

Two projects, two ends of the range.
RWA Tokenization Platform — full investor documentation set
A complete fundraising package for a platform tokenizing real estate and operating businesses: bilingual whitepaper, pitch deck, five-year financial model, licensing strategy across seven jurisdictions, and the technical architecture plan.
Included competitor analysis of six incumbent platforms, a defensible market position, a three-line revenue model, and three costed build scenarios from $177k to $1.33M.
19.06 Nail Atelier — site and appointment pipeline
A static site with two booking forms that reach the studio reliably without a database, an SMTP account, or a single stored credential in the page.
Submissions post to a small hardened service that forwards to a spreadsheet the studio already reads. Rate limited, size capped, and it degrades to a prefilled email rather than pretending a failed booking was received.
How I work
Async-first, fixed scope, everything handed over.
- Fixed price, fixed date. You know the number and the delivery date before we start. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices.
- Written briefs and recorded walkthroughs. Live calls capped at 30 minutes a month. Most clients prefer it — you get the thinking in writing, and you can re-read it.
- Half up front, half on delivery. Standard terms, no surprises.
- You own all of it. Source files, models, systems, credentials. Nothing runs on infrastructure you can't access.
- One project at a time gets my mornings. I keep a small book on purpose.
Background
A strategist who can build the thing.
I work on market research, business modelling and financial planning — and then build what the strategy calls for. That second half is the unusual part: most consultants hand off a plan and leave the execution to someone else, which is where plans go to die.
Based in Vietnam, working with founders in the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia. Comfortable across Next.js, Laravel, Node, Python and the AI tooling that makes a four-week deliverable possible in the first place.

Tell me what you're building.
A short note about the venture and where you're stuck is enough. If it's a fit I'll come back with scope, price and a delivery date within two working days. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
